Pen for decorating a painted mdf blank?

Hi, does anyone know of a permanent pen that I can use to decorate a painted mdf or birch shape? I've seen oil based markers in the States but wondering if there was anything else about and where I might be able to get some?

Also, do i need to seal the painted shape afterwards? I've read about fixatives and lacquers but don't know what i'll need. The shapes are intended as indoor decorations.

    Little help? :)

you should use a marabu porcelain pen. it has a glossy finish and doesnt wash off Ive used it on wood and it looks well
