Questions regarding speed vans.

    Does anyone that posts here know much about these vans?

    For instance at what stage does your speed get measured at? Is it as soon as the van sees the car or is it at a certain point of the road? Do the vans need to be able to see the road and/or your number plate at the time it's registering your speed? How far over the speed limit do you need to be doing to get a ticket?
