Good programme for weights (female)

    Hey all! Looking to incorporate more weights into my workout week!

    Anyone have a good workout plan for me to get me started? My gym has all your basic machines, kettlebells, free weights and a bar bell. At my pump class I usually lift about 15kg but can manage more on leg work.

    Free weights I usually use about 5/6kg depending on what I'm at and kettlebells I use 8-12kg, again depending on what I'm at.

    Keen to lose weight, but gain muscle!

    Routine should be no different than males. kettlebells are great if you have a decent instructor ask then to show u the different swings, clean, snatch, windmills, Turkish getup etc. on the free weights bring in some squats, deadlifts, press. Round off with some pulls and you have it all. When you have good form think about doing a program such as wendler 5 3 1. Ladies with good nutrition reap great results from weights.
