Sky Plus Box Swopout

We've recently had several problems with our old Sky Plus Box which is out of warranty. Was just wondering how much a new box is for existing customers? Have tried calling Sky but after 20 mins and our fourth "We'll be with you in under 3 minutes" message got fed up! Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Tell them you're cancelling because the box has died and are about to buy a Freesat box. They'll give you a free box.
