Hi not sure if this is in the right section but im sure a mod can change it if it's not.So im trying to help a business set up signlab and the plotter i have signlab installed and set up and the plotter installed now the problem im having is that i have them both on the same port and when i try plot<cut i get the error…

Hi not sure if this is in the right section but im sure a mod can change it if it's not.So im trying to help a business set up signlab and the plotter i have signlab installed and set up and the plotter installed now the problem im having is that i have them both on the same port and when i try plot<cut i get the error locating security device 1.Now i have tried update the dongle and i still get the same error i have the plot defaults to hgpl .And still have no clue what to do..can anyone help?

Edit-- running on win xp.
