"The Armageddon virus: Why experts fear a disease that leaps from animals to humans could devastate mankind in the next five years".

Have we not heard all this before,

Even the name that they christened this so called virus it is pathetic.

These same so called "experts" predicted that the populations would be wiped out by the then SARS, Bird Flu and then Swine Flu. Then nothing ever became of them except millions of wasted taxpayers monies on useless toxic chemicals that were subsequently discarded.

‘We now have scientific processes enabling us to quickly identify the genome of the virus behind a new illness, so that we know what we are dealing with.

The best we can do after that is to develop and stockpile vaccines and antiviral drugs that can fight new strains that we see emerging. But the Professor is worried our politicians are not taking this certainty of mass death seriously enough.

Such laxity could come at a human cost so unprecedentedly high that it would amount to criminal negligence. The race against newly-emerging animal-derived diseases is one that we have to win every time. A pandemic virus needs to win only once and it could be the end of humankind

The only ones that will benefit from all this scaremongering will be corrupt Big Parma and their government back handers as they offload more of their toxic chemicals.

How will they rake in profits when all their customers will be in concentration camps?

One of these days you will not ineptly misrepresent something you've not read properly.
    I have faith.

(protip: the only people calling it the "Armageddon virus" are the hacks at the daily mail)

The same hacks that are giving us the "assurance" from these so called "experts" that every thing will be fine if we accept their products.

No doubt this new virus title is now officially coined. :)

Then the problem is your continued insistence on reading the daily mail, isn't it?

Reading and soaking in something is a different matter..

The fact that I may also watch SKY or FOX news doesn't exactly mean that I have to believe in all of its content.

Reading and soaking in something is a different matter..

The fact that I may also watch SKY or FOX news doesn't exactly mean that I have to believe in all of its content.

Just the content that fits in your existing narrative.

Citing a piece from a paper notorious for it's terrible science reporting (even by media standards) and then using it for a jumping off point for another screed about 'big pharam' boogyman doesn't really inspire much confidence in your worries.

Also, once you look past the half truth nonsense the Daily Mail is famous for, you find what they're actually talking about - firstly they talk about the Crimean-Congo Viral Hemorrhagic Fever which, contrary to the claims made by John Naish isn't a mysterious disease but one that's been kicking around since at least the 12th century.
Then, it jumps to another case - a man who died of a Sars variant, seemingly without bothering to make a distinction between the two diseases.

And all this then hops into a "what if" scenario, based on snippets from interviewing Professor John Oxford - although tellingly enough leaving out what Professor Oxford himself said about the second case (the SARS one)
And Prof John Oxford, a virology expert at Queen Mary, University of London, said he felt "somewhat relaxed" about the news.
"Sars was very quick off the mark infecting hospital staff etc and this new virus does not to me appear to be in the same 'big bang' group."

    Oh dear, shitty journalism, eh?

Every time rtdh misunderstands or misrepresents microbiology to draw tenuous links between two things for his own cryptic goals, I die a little inside. :(

And put there by the same NWO that runs big business.

    It almost...doesn't make sense.
