    Hi All,

I am looking for cost of a two storey extension to a detached house in tallaght ?

1st floor would be one room and second floor a bedroom with an ensuite.

If any one had this done, I would love to know how much it would cost. There seems to be lots of these type of extensions in the oldbawn area.

    Many Thanks,

    Hey

Most extensions in that area are all the same. Sure I can get an exact quote when I get the details.

i have done many single storey extensions in dublin this year, exempt from permission, in the region of 300 sq ft and most quotes are along the lines of €100-130 per sq foot. thats builders finish, includes tiling.

if the first floor extension is to be a bedroom and ensuite id estimate approx 15 sq m minimum, so thats 30 sq m (330 sq ft)

you will NOT finish that size extension to any degree of acceptable specification for 22k in tallagh.

    Hey

I taught it would cost around 60k to be honest. If someone got it for 22k great.

Have you done any two storey extensions in the oldbawn/Aylesbury areas and around how much did they cost ?
