Weird xbox problem

    Ive got a xbox 360 elite, the 250gig model. Lately it seems to be getting a little slow around the menus and when booting up etc. As well as this, it has stopped making a beeping sound when using the power and eject touch buttons, which i find a little weird.

    Anyone have any idea what might be going on? The console is only around 2 years old now.
