sky remote volume

    problem is with volume only working sometimes on the sky +hd remote i have a magic eye btw? the other functions work like the sky functions ive tried reprogramming it ive got the correct code for the sony bravia still no joy and have changed the batteries twice? anybody any ideas?

    Try 0000 as the code .
    Press tv, then Select and red together.
    Tv again
    0000
    Select

    Could the volume buttons on the remote be worn out?

    Try the remote on another TV a few times.
