    Hi,

Myself and my girlfriend are looking at getting a smallholding, we've been viewing a number of cottages such as this http://www.daft.ie/searchsale.daft?id=670562

We would continue to work here in Dublin until it's paid off(2-3 years) then eventually move down full time to the small holding.

Is there that much 'red tape' when it comes to keeping a smallholding?

    Hi..
If you contact the District Veterinary Office in your county they will be able to sort you out...
