How could i find the owner of an old house, urban area,
its derelict, top windows ,open ,no glass ,holes in the roof.
    its not in the country.
    it looks abandoned.
its not in a terrace or estate, its near a shop.
    not a corporation dwelling.
its not on a street ,its near the rear of a shop.on street x,
i wont post the adress here.
i know a house was abandoned in 1985,
corporation knocked it down, built 2 apartments on the site in 2009.
So the council can take over empty buildings after 20 years if they wish.

How do you know that the house is registered? Not all titles are registered.

i think the owner may have left the country, half the roof is gone, tables ,chairs covered in dust ,cobwebs.
i,ve no intention of moving in.I,m curious .
    old furniture is still there.
it doesn,t cost much to board up a house ,
it looks abandoned.old cups ,plates, left on tables.
    MAYBE the owner has died.

    check landregesty
check regestery of deeds (urban areas usually)
or pull up and start some minor work on the property yourself and see if anyone comes out of the woodwork!
