I am an O2 pay as you go customer, and I want to change to change over to Vodafone whilst using the same phone and keeping my number

I went into vodafone and they cannot do this without an unblocking code. The proceeded to go into O2 who were very unhelpful

    How do I do this?

    What phone do you have?

O2 will give you the code when you have spent €150 on topup

You can request it here:> http://www.o2online.ie/o2/help/unlock-request.php

Like I said, once you have spent €150 on credit they will give it to you.

If not you can get it unlocked yourself in certain shops that will remove the locks. Price will depend on what nokia it is, from €10 upwards and just takes a few minutes.
