ISS in Dublin are the only authorised Canon repair centre. They take your items and ship them to the Canon service centre in the UK.

or you could (save money/cut out the middleman) by sending it off to a canon repair centre in england - colchester cameras are the main one (I think)

ISS are the only Authorised repair centre - but they post the stuff off to England 90-95%* of the time.

    *= statistic completely made up.

More like 99% of the time. They do very little themselves.

From checking costs of repair, for CPS repairs that I have had done, it seems to be cheaper to drop the item directly in to ISS, rather than shipping yourself.

By the way, I sent an email using their e-mail address posted on above website, but they did not replied. After few days I sent another one and still no reply. I'm a bit surprised.

Totally agree, send all my repairs through ISS now, cheaper than when i sent them direct to Elstree
