Where to report stolen social services card?

So my wallet got stolen tonight and my social services card was one of the things in there. :mad: Just wondering who handles these issues and where I should go to report it/get a replacement. Thanks.

Report it to your local SW office first thing in the morning. This is why it is a good idea that claimants produce photo ID in the PO.

My brother got a new card last week. It advised in the event of loss to ring your local office or Client Services office @ 01 7043281
