Please don't give out to me for this really stupid question but is relacing an existing sky+ hd box with the new one just a simple switch boxes, download software, phone sky and pair the card and box? I could handle that myself, anything more would intimidate me

Is sky the best place to buy from or are there cheaper?

Sky won't send out a box for self install.
The really pleasant woman checked out and was given a lame excuse about parcel force but no well priced stb for me :(

    It should be straightforward...

Change over cables,,etc...And get Sky to pair the card.
