    hi all,

I have been in westmanstown crunch for the past number of years, membership is now up. would anybody recommend any other gyms around in comparison for value. I can get the NAC for a similar price. Don't do much swimming, mainly cycling, free weights and machine weights, but looking to do more classes (included in price). mainly go in the a.m as i work shift.

Just think crunch is a little expensive and they won't budge on price

    Thanks,
    Tom

Westpoint is v reasonably priced & will suit your requirements. The downside is that it can be very busy at peak times which doesn't apply to you with the shift work
