    Hi
I had a newish oldstyle tv in the bedroom thats picking up the upc analogue channels. If i purchase a new soarview approved television will it tune in the analogue stations as well as the saorview digital stations, or does it depend on the model of the tv, or should i stick with this one another while?? We have multiroom downstairs but didnt want a box upstairs
    Thanks!

    Stick with what you have.

The Saorview signal is not officially carried by the UPC cable.
Sometimes the Saorview signal will leak into the UPC cable and Saorview may work, other times you will not get Saorview.

You could get a separate aerial for Saorview and mess around swapping between UPC and the Aeriel, but it's not really worth it in my opinion.

Now is a bad time to buy a TV anyway, not many bargains around with analogue switchoff a couple of weeks away.
