    nice addition to Waterford City Centre - Free from 3 - every Friday
    City Council have given free car parking (in all their car parks & on street) and Waterford Chamber are encouraging retail outlets to follow suit with a "Free from 3" promotion, like buy 2 coffees, get the 3rd free", in sure there's more to follow, love to see Waterford busy after 3 every Friday
    if it creates footfall, maybe it should be free from 3 every day!!!

    if you see any promotions round the city, please post them here

    You say Free from three. Does that mean the offer only starts at 3?
