    Anyone pick this up? Just ordered it yesterday so hopefully it'll arrive soon. Reviews have been very average mind you...took the dive and hoping for the best as I enjoyed PR2

    Ya I was thinking of getting it from steam back in may I think but I didn't bother after reading the reviews,where did you order from and how much?

    About 27 euro on Amazon. Arrived this morning and hopefully will give it a go tomorrow. I have no expectations for it right now so I can't come away disappointed :P

    Yeah, it's pretty crap. It's hard to warrant even 15 euro to be honest. It's like a poor mans Sid Meier's Pirates! They try to emulate the best bits but it just becomes very boring very quickly.

    Trading is terrible, I don't know how they messed it up so bad. It's barely worth your effort to trade from one port to the next. Looting is more fun but becomes a simpletons task after a while. Really makes the game easy as you can just keep looting to your hearts content.

    Anywho... definitely wouldnt recommend it. At a fiver, maybe. Sid Meier's Pirates is awesome. Or Port Royale 2. Stick to either one. Avoid this. Please!
