I was made redundant in May and went on JSB for almost 2 months..got a job in July and it's not working out so I want to leave. I'm applying for other jobs but tbh I don't know how much longer I can stand it in there - I would never have entertained the idea of leaving without a job to go to but I'm in tears every morning going into this place and just want to leave asap. If I do leave without having a job to go am I entitled to JSB based on my contributions (in my last job for 12 years)? Ideally I'll have gotten a job during the exclusion period so won't even need it!

AFAIK, the stamps won't yet have run out, so you should get JSB. But if you leave your job without cause, you won't be paid for the first 9 weeks...
