I appreciate that this might not be the most relevant place to ask this (?!) but I want to send a friend in the states the ingredients for an good Irish breakfast.

Has anyone had experience of sending food overseas before and what would they recommend?

    Many thanks.

To the US .. forget it, can take up to 3 weeks for USPS to Deliver.

Maybe find an online expat store in the states and order that way.

No way you will get meat products into the US. They have extremely strict import restrictions.

Your best bet is to use someone like this: http://www.celticbrands.com/
