Advice on Cloud Computing/Electronic POD system

Hope someone out there can advise me. I am currently using TAS Books 2 for our invoicing but will need to begin working some of the time from home for various reasons. Would cloud computing be an easy way to switch from home to the office and back again? Im not really up to date on all these new fangled things :o and so dont know where to start.

Also, we deliver to about 30/40 customers a day and currently use delivery docket books, manually write in orders and get the customer to sign for it. I then do the invoicing on TAS from the docket books. Could anyone recommend a good electronic POD system?

Apologies if I am posting this in the wrong place!

TAS books saves all the data in a single folder so something like Dropbox would work for it, or even just a portable hard drive.
