I have an interview with Ryanair on Wed for Flight Planner position...

Can someone tell me what the role is about and what its like? Would it be a good role for experience in the airline industry? Anyone know what ryanairs interviews are like for such positions???

Seriously, I asked the same question of Lustrom in the other thread. What's a flight planner? Clearly an OPs job. But just flight plans? Never heard of it before.

I obviously know what the role is but would like a more general view of the job... ie: Is it one that would be rewarding or would it be one where you would be worked to the bolli x with no thanks? I have a highg level of interest in the aviation industry but The employer being Ryanair I am weary!
No need to be a smartass!
