Procedure on defamation

    Procedurally, if one employee defames another employee do the normal terms of the Defamation Act 2009 apply to any action seeking recourse? Or, owing to the relationship between the parties, is such an action directed towards a body other than the courts such as, for example, the Employment Appeals Tribunal?
