Getting my diet right

    Hey everyone! :)

I plan to visit a dietitian in December to try and improve my diet for sport and until then I was wondering if you could help me out.

Basically after a two year break I am getting back into martial arts and I hope to show a lot of improvement before the New Year. I am currently training with a Muay Thai group twice a week for two hours, then I'm in the gym for an hour-ish four times a week (I have two main workouts, one is half an hour cardio with around 15 minutes of weights, the other is half an hour cardio with around 15 minutes of core work, I don't know if it would help if I went into a bit more detail about my workouts so if so let me know). I am also taking up windsurfing and will be doing that for around 2 hours every Saturday.

More basic info would be that I am female, 154cm tall, 49.6kg and I'm 18 years old. I eat a lot of stir fries (there are really easy to make and then just freeze a few boxes for dinners later in the week and I tend to eat them without rice), I eat weetabix with soya milk most mornings (I'm not lactose intolerant, I just like soya milk), and I really enjoy pasta with a tomato pasta sauce and kidney beans although I not sure if that is a necessarily well balanced meal. There is very little I will not eat, my only issue is that I need dinners that I can make in bulk and then freeze and lunches that are quick enough to make and can be left in a lunch box in a locker for half a day as I spend most of my time in college.

Thanks so much, and if I didn't put enough specific info in there please let me know. :)
