Can't open hotmail

    I had a problem where i could not log on to a new e mail account for my student e mail, however was advised to clear browser history and delete cookies and the problem was solved. However since i did this i cannot open my own hotmail account.When i try a page comes up that says my account is missing some key info and asks me to imput the year i was born and country i am from.When i do this a page comes up saying we cannot show that page our server is having a problem.What can i do to rectify this, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Check and see if there is a link at the end of the page allowing you to skip this step. I had a similar problem last week when the wanted my phone number.
