It was our local , never had any trouble in it. I'm not saying there was never trouble , what pub can you say that about but I personally never had a problem in it. Our group of friend's were all regulars and had many great night's in it.

As for the drug dealing , you'd be hard pressed to go into the toilets of most pubs now and not see that going on , that's if they have the decency to go into the toilets.

The Towers was always manky , the smell walking in was vile and your feet would stick to the carpet. You'd need to buy two pints at a time , one for yourself and one for the flies. It's been cleaned up a bit now but its still a kip.
