    You cannot preferentially loose w. eight on any one body part (spot reduction) all you can do is generally loose weight and it will drop from your face as well. Apart from that liposuction

    Lose and Loose seem to be the most common errors I notice on the internet:D

    However as a previous poster said, you need to just lose weight all over and the weight will come off your face as a result anyway.
