phone update gone wrong

Ok,so I updated my phone(Sony Ericsson neo v)last week using pc companion,so now it has the latest software.thing is,its much slower,I've lost photos,it freezes and I cant watch videos properly. It was much better with the old software but now it looks like I'm stuck with this. Anyone any ideas?

You could try back up whatever you can now. Go into settings and do a factory reset. Sometimes phone update do go wrong sso only thing you can do is reset it
