Can anyone point me towards somewhere that I could get a few logs (2m or so long and about 10 inches wide) cut lengthways? Probably just down the middle. And what sort of price it would be?

To make something with, it needs to be smooth. Have half a forest full of rough split stuff out the back!

I seen an ad on either donedeal or the pink pages about a chap that can come to your own place to mill wood.
    Might be worth a try.
