    Gardaí at Dún Laoghaire are appealing for any witnesses who saw the man cycling on Barnhill Road on that night [Friday, September 28th], or may have been on the road between 8.15pm and 8.45pm, to contact Dun Laoghaire station on 01 6665000, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
