Re-application for mortgage/paddy power

    Any help would be great here. Me and my girlfriend were recently granted a mortgage. There has been a lot of humming and hawing on the builders part and our 3 month sanction is going to run out so we are going to have to apply for another 3 month sanction. Now heres the problem. In between the first application and now I set up a paddy power account online. I only used it a few times but if I am to re-apply, it will appear on my statements. Do you think I will have a problem re-applying? I will need to provide 6 months statements and I will have stopped using paddy power for 4 months. Thanks guys!

    I got a mortgage about 6 months ago with paddy power transactions every month or so on my statement. Didn't seem to be a problem. I would guess its only relevant if the amounts are large or transactions too frequent.

    Thats great to know. Im just worried because I have heard so many people getting denied a mortgage because of this.
