    private sale, to a regular customer.
    not going north
    he had the pick of about 12
    price about right.
    we got a good drop of milk out of them, but put a lot of work into them, to get back in calf, good bcs, and salable

    just wondering, looking on dd theres alot of stock for sale, will the price come down as the feed crisis deepens?

    I'd say the cull cow will drop greatly if it hasn't already .. people will try to hold the incalf animals .. vet has saying a lot of cows not in calf and some breaking after 4 months.

    sold 5 fresh calvers privately for 1675 last week- put the five i wanted to sell in a paddock of their own

    would never let anyone take their pick

    Just wondering what way are prices going for high EBI in calf heifers? Anybody selling to any of lads for export and if so what's the run of prices on offer?
