Advice on wheels - please

Could anyone gratefully give me some advice on wheels.

I have owned a Felt Z85 (with added Aero Bars) for 18 months that I am very happy with but have lost a bet and must now complete the full Ironman in Zurich next July!!! The course is hilly with some steep climbs and rather than purchase a new expensive TT bike it was suggested to me that I may be better off splashing out on some new wheels instead. I compete in around 3 or 4 triathlons a year but really need to improve my bike times. Most of my cycling is done around wild and windy Connemara so I would need to buy a pair suitable for the climate.

    Any help is much appreciated.
