What if the world doesn't end this year

Well.?

If the world doesn't end this year then are we like a patient in the hospital being cleared of cancer.?

What do I think?
I haven't got a clue, I'm sitting on the fence on this one. But I will say I believe we are not the only ones in the universe and there is defo something out there controlling us.

Our intelligence is such that it's only a matter of time before we find out information that maybe we should not have found and the consequences of that may not go our way.

I also believe none of us are prepared, if **** hits the fan on a small scale none of us humans are prepared, most would get knocked out.

You're not sitting on the fence if you definitely believe that there is something out there controlling us.

If the world doesn't end this year, then I'd expect it will be fairly like all the other years in which the world didn't end.

Do you have any evidence for the above or it just a 'feeling' you have? Why would we be interested in your unsubstantiated notions?

The same as the last time the world didnt end. Nothing will change except the crackpots who came up with the theory will have to make up an excuse for it not happening.

It says it better than I can but basically, it happened the last time the Mayan calender ran out and it just rolled over. Like 1999 to 2000 in our calenders.

No. We'd be a guy walking down the street that a random stranger points at and says "you have cancer, you'll die in exactly 10 days", then , instead of getting checked for cancer, you just assume your dieing of cancer, then in 10 days, you dont die.

I think your thinking too much about the end of the world to be honest? if it happens ye cant do squat about it, so spend your last hours with your loved one's, i do think the end of 2012 is a new age for man kind so to speak, one thing is for sure we will be here for a long long time.

Take that scenario, put it at a world scale, and add in nukes.

i agree,, if the world is going to end its going to end,

but really i dont think it will, all these prophets say it is going to be the end of the worl (as we know it) witch tbh i think would mean something like the next age of mankind like stone age bronze age and so on.
