Proof of address

    Hey guys,

    I signed onto the dole last week and was given a week to get proof of address to bring to them. The problem is, I'm house-sharing with friends and I'm not on any of the bills for this address. Would a reference from the landlord suffice in this case?

    The problem with this is, we don't deal with our landlord directly, everything goes through her PA, and I'm thinking this may cause hassle.

    Is your name on the lease? You could use that!
