'01 Avensis Headlight Height Adjustmentproblem

I have a problem with poor headlights in my '01 Avensis. The beam is pointing down too low and the switch that adjusts the beam height is currently not working. I'm wondering is there a fuse gone or do I have to forget about the switch and adjust the lights manually.
    Any help greatly appreciated.

Anyone got any advice? I'm unemployed so if anyone can advise me on what I can do to fix this myself I'd be very grateful.

I doubt if its the fuse as there would be a lot more not working, tail lights licence plate etc.The fuse is in the dash marked "TAIL"on the cover in you photo(10 amp). You can adjust it manually but you would be as well to get it done with proper equipment. You will need it right for NCT anyway.Read the Thread titled "LIGHT PROBLEM"on this page as the problem is the same as yours.
