hi poppy

I would really recommend liquitex gloss gel and varnish, it can be used to isolate as you wish to do but it is also a varnish. Working in an art shop i have used this product many times and would happily recommend it to everyone

Thanks a mill for your reply. I managed to get some of the golden brand which is great. Great to know though that you recommend the liquidex, I will bear that in mind for then next time. Thanks again
