Ventilation Qustion

I want to avoid drilling a vent in my attic conversion.
I have spent a lot of time with polythene trying to draft proof before I plaster boarded and taped the room. I hate having to bore a 4" hole through it all.

There is two co4 Velux windows .

Each has a 0.004m2 venting capacity with vent flaps open.

    The room is 4.8m x 3.7m and 2.4m height

A volume of a box that size is 42.6 (i think), but I have the two apexes of the roof coming 1.6m of the floor and 1.4m across the two widths of the room.

I dont know how to work out the volume of the room with the angles of the roof.

Or what the ventilation requirement of that space.

Could someone show or tell me the answer?

    Thanks

would you think the venting capacity of the velux would be enough for a room that size?

As per TGD F the ventilation requirement for a habitable room is 5000mm2 (0.005m2), you have a vent in each velux giving 4000mm2, so with a total background ventilation of 8000m2 you are more than covered.
