Big Show starts Smackdown talking about WWE Hell in a Cell. This prompts the World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus to come out. They exchange some words back and forth, and then Sheamus tries to keep peace with a handshake. Big Show ends up leaving the ring and heads to the back. He gets cut off with his 45 second loss to Daniel Bryan shown on the tron. He comes back into the ring, and then Sheamus ends up leaving this time.

    1. Prime Time Players defeat Kofi Kingston and R-Truth. This advances Prime Time Players to the next round of the Tag Team Championship Tournament. The crowd was into Kingston and Truth. The match lasted about ten minutes, and went through what was said to be a commercial break. (Derrick mentioned that the announcer's stopped talking and the match slowed down considerably.)

    2. Ryback defeated Primo. This was the typical squash match for Ryback. He hit a clothesline, and then connected with Shell Shocked.

    3. Layla defeated Alicia Fox. Layla and Fox worked pretty well together, hitting a few athletic moves. Alicia started off beating down Layla, but Layla would hit a spinning kick to her stomach and then hit her finisher. Eve Torres was on commentary, so it looks like Layla will get getting her rematch soon.

    4. Wade Barrett defeated a jobber.

-Shown on the tron is CM Punk vs. Dolph Ziggler for the main event of the night.

    5. The Miz defeats Sheamus by Disqualification. The Miz was getting beaten down for the majority of the match. Sheamus hit chops to Miz's chest, and then was setting up for the Brogue Kick. The Big Show came out and hit a WMD Punch on The Miz, causing the DQ. Sheamus was mad, looking onto Big Show.

. Tensai defeated The Big Show by disqualification. Sheamus came out and hit Tensai with a Brogue Kick. He basically did the same thing Show did earlier to cause the DQ.

    - Alberto Del Rio and David Otunga come out to the ring. They talk about taking out Randy Orton last week, and now he is injured. Booker T comes out and puts them in a tag match.

    6. Daniel Bryan and Kane, Team Hell No, defeats David Otunga and Alberto Del Rio. Alberto Del Rio walked out in the middle of the match. Kane picked up the victory with a chokeslam.

    7. CM Punk defeats Dolph Ziggler. "Match of the night."

Looking forward to seeing Punk Vs. Ziggler. Interesting putting them in the main event when they are trying to solidify Punk as the top heel!

Wade Barrett should be feuding with Sheamus

Not included in these Spoilers will be the countless Raw rebounds we will have to endure. Lets just hope the Showmus debate doesn't make the cut.

Barrett isn't anywhere near being ready for Sheamus imo. He's good enough on the mic in fairness, but I don't think he's good/interesting enough in the ring to have 15-20 minute main event matches.

His new boxer gimmick is a bit shít too and his new finish looks clumsy and gets no reaction, plus he's had way too competitive matches with the job squad on Smackdown since his return, and I don't think the crowd would buy him as a legitimate threat to Sheamus right now.

Looks interesting enough but the Sheamus/Show stuff comes across exactly like the stunts DB/Kane pulled on each other just 2 weeks ago.

Tensai is really just a jobber at this stage it seems.

His return hasnt been great despite his hyped return vignettes but he could build up a decent feud with Sheamus over the next few months surely he is a better option than Show imo

I think Barrett is main event level but since his return WWE dont know what to do with him, I think many might have expected a feud with Orton with him going over

Something that hit me on Raw but was brought up again here on Smackdown.

The last time the World title changed hands, the match lasted 18 seconds. The time before that, it lasted 45 seconds. Presumably the next title change will come when Dolph cashes in, meaning another title switch after a short match. Point is....seems like when the World title changes hands nowadays, it happens in very, very short matches....

I love Ziggler's theme song, the opening particularly is made for a surprise MITB cash in. ;)

    preferred "I Am Perfection".

and don't get me started on Barrett or Mysterio's themes.

Did Wade 'borrow' 'steal' Kassius Ohno's thing from NXT with the strike elbow finish?

AJ already robbed the best parts of Maxine and Johnny Curtis' gimmicks from NXT and that only worked pretty bad for maxine and Johnny is not in a great place either.
