Hi, I'm planning to buy an apartment in Castlerea, but wont be moving to in near future because of my Job. So just wondering would it be easy enough to rent it for the time-being. Any ideas & advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

go and look around the town
how many empty houses are there already in the town?

there is very little employment in the town.
