    Hi

I'm currently on the jobbridge program and my host could possibly be offering me a 3 day week at roughly €70 a day. I have no dependents/kids so am I correct in my calculations that I should be able to get half a jobseekers allowance payment around €94, half of the max 188 as I am over 25, subject to looking for full time work in the mean time?

    Thanks,
    Jennifer

Incorrect, as you are in receipt of jsa which is a means tested payment any earnings from work will be assessed against the €188 and for every day you work xx amount will be deducted from €188. Obviously if you work more than 3 days per week you would receive nothing from jsa.

Just a quick calculation if €70 is gross per day then you should receive €98 approx pw from sw on top of your casual earnings.
