    Just wondering if there's any issues around handing in notice during maternity leave and not returning after it runs up?

    Not sure what kinda issues there would be tbh make sure that when your maternity if finished that you also get paid for any bank holidays that have fallen while your are out and receive payment for any holiday entitlements due and both are given to you with your last payslip along with your P45
