MP3 Conversion

Hi all I found some really old MP3 albums on an old hdd I used to use and want to copy them to my phone. Only problem is, they are named like this - Track 1, Track 2 etc Is there anyway to have the files renamed properly. Have the cd covers but dont want to have to type them out manually. Thanks John
