From around Thomas Street to Grange Castle Business Park, how long should the bus take in the morning rush hour?

It's for somebody tomorrow morning if that helps, and they need to be at the city side of the business park for 9am.

Timetable say 56mins from O'Connell Street -- is this anyway right?

Once it gets past the bottleneck one lane at Kilmainham/SCR it should be ok. You could spend longer waiting on a 13 than the journey:pac:
