I used to work in a market where a woman sold traditional/"retro" cakes. She did an amazing cheese curd tart that my OH adored. Unfortunately this woman is now out of business and I don't have her contact details but I'd love to have a crack at making the tart myself for the OH's birthday this week. Just wondering does…
