What are her interests?
Find them out and pick a place that might be related to them.
That way it give ye something to talk about or at least get the talking going as a basic subject before exploring other areas of each others live on a personal, face to face one to one.

Definitely NOT one too loud where you have to near always shout at one another just to make yourself heard.

Start getting an appreciation for art and wander into one.
Start then asking intelligent questions to those there already while simply explaining that your currently trying to educate yourself more in the finner things in life.

Join an active club/society.
Choir, local volunteer groups, camera club for example (they do outings?) ?
SOME discussion groups are good but if they are political/religious based - be careful!

why would i be insulted...
im just following the game... thats all
considering to subject...
its very hard to find and meet someone online...
even if you listen to all ideas here you would still need someone, someone like wingman a friend who will play the game with you...
it would be too awkward to go to those places alone to meet someone new
