netgear neotv ntv200 outside us

I bought the netgear neotv ntv200 but alot of the apps wont work outside us. Has anyone any experiences with this streamer? Any idea how I can get to work. Searched the Internet but all reviews keep saying how magnificent a box it is.... Cheers
