Best foundation for fair and sensitive skin?

I have sensitive combination skin, and im fair,i find it very hard to find an exact match when it comes to make up,and also the right consistency,i dont like transparent make ups,i need good coverage, and one that lasts and lasts, not one that slides halfway down my face.

I use three make ups(max factor pan stick, which is great it lasts and give good coverage, but their fair version doesnt exactly match my skintone,it comes up a little darker, and is a bit noticeable, the other two are, maybelline, which lasts and gives good coverage, but is not an exact match, the third is loreal true match and it doesnt last at all and has no coverage whatsoever, but is a perfect match when i apply it at first, but doesnt cover and is awful) and blend two together, and the third one i use on occasion and use it with miss sporty fair concealer(its cheap and effective and lasts doesnt slide down my face either)...But the trouble with all of them is,they either match perfectly, but dont last,or come up shiny within a few hours wear,or dont last and sit on the skin at all or are not the right consistency,ie dont give good coverage..

Any miracle make ups out there that give all 3,good coverage, that last, and is a good match?

The best foundation I have ever tried is benefit play stick in the shade spin the bottle. It may be a tad dark (I'm pale too) but if you use a little and blend it out it's absolutely brilliant. Cannot recommend it enough. It's the best coverage I have ever tried and staying power too.

No7 stay perfect is amazing, gives good coverage (not full coverage, but you can build it up), it lasts all day, it doesn't budge an inch.

Revlon Colourstay is nice, good coverage and does very pale shades. :)

I find clarins everlasting foundation very good.It lasts all day on me without getting too shiney. I also have fair skin so I use shade number 103, ivory.

Lancôme tient idole in shade 010. Great coverage and for super pale people. You can darken it with bronset if you want!

+1. I just randomly bought that foundation at the local chemist as I was desperate and I was surprised at how good it was. It gives excellent coverage and as I am also really pale, the shade looked really natural. It wasn't orangey or cakey. It is great for day wear.

I'm very fair skinned which tends to be quite sensitive. I was always looking for a foundation which didn't give me that two toned look between my face and neck. The best I've tried and I've now been using it for 2 years is bare minerals in fairly light. You should go to their concession store in bt2, debenhams or boots and ask for a demo. The best thing is its totally mineral makeup without the talcum powder that cheaper mineral brands use so it's very kind to sensitive skin.

Another fan of the No7 Stay Perfect here. I'm pale and combination skin as well and I find both the shade and the formula really good - not cakey at all, seems to sit really nicely on my skin. It's €19 in Boots but lasts ages - I wear makeup 6 days a week and still have a quarter bottle left having bought this one 4 months ago.
