    Hi,

Does anyone know if Jim McGuinness has a job apart from Donegal manager?
If so, what does he do?

He cooks blue crystal meth in a fumigation tent.

He also does a bit of sports psychology I believe.

Heard on Seó Spóirt last night that he runs/owns a chipper, but apparently he spent 40 hours a week working as manager this past season so didn't really have much of another job.

I always wonder are these managers and players who are very successful on the field as leaders or just through skill, are they the same off the pitch, in their "normal" jobs/lives.

I know of a few ex Limerick hurlers who would have been considered greats of the game, and they have very regular ordinary jobs and lives off the pitch. As in, while they were great leaders on the field, it's not like they are CEOs of companys off the field......

I suppose that's the beauty of the GAA.......

No doubt that being a county player would help them in their career.
